Google My Business (GMB) কি?

Google My Business এমন একটি টুল বা সার্ভিস যা গুগলের মাধ্যমে আপনার ব্যবসায় বা প্রতিষ্ঠান বা সংস্থার অনলাইন উপস্থিতি তৈরী করে। ফলে যে কোন ব্যবসায় GOOGLE সার্চ রেজাল্ট পেজে এবং GOOGLE ম্যাপে সহজে খুঁজে পাওয়া যায়। কোন বিজনেসের নাম লিখে গুগলে সার্চ করলে পিসিতে ডান পাশে এবং মোবাইলে উপরের দিকে একটা বক্সের মধ্যে ব্যবসায় লোকেশন, ফটো, এড্রেস সহ বিভিন্ন তথ্য দেখা যায়। আবার কোন সর্ভিস বা ব্যবসায় ক্যাটাগরি লিখে সার্চ করলে সার্চ রেজাল্টে ম্যাপ সহ তিনটি ব্যবসায় এর নাম ও কিছু তথ্য দেখায়। Google My Business পেজ তৈরি এবং আপডেট করার ফলে এই তথ্যগুলি প্রদর্শন করে। আর এটাকে Google ভাষায় বলে ওয়ানবক্স বা নলেজগ্রাফ।

ওয়ানবক্স বা নলেজ প্যানেলে কি কি তথ্য প্রদর্শন করে?

যখন কোন বিজনেসের নাম লিখে সার্চ করা হয় তখন কম্পিউটারের ডান পাশে এবং মোবাইলের উপর দিকে একটা বক্সে আলাদাভাবে ঐ ব্যবসায় সংক্রান্ত কিছু তথ্য দেখায়, (উপরের চিত্রানুযায়ী), একে Knowledge Graph বা One Box Result বলে। ব্যবসায় ক্যাটাগরি ভেদে তথ্য গুলি পরিবর্তন হয়। সাধারণত নিচের তথ্যগুল সবসময় এ অংশে দেখা যায়-

• বিজেনেসের নাম
• ব্যবসায় ক্যাটাগরি
• ম্যাপ – ব্যবসায় লোকেশন

এছাড়া, যখন কোনো লোকাল কি-ওয়ার্ড লিখে গুগলে সার্চ করবেন তখন নিচের চিত্রানুযায়ী একটি অংশ দেখতে পাবেন, একে Google 3 Pack বা Local Pack বলে।

কেন প্রয়োজন জিএমবি (GMB)?

• ৮০ শতাংশ মানুষ লোকাল ব্যবসায় ইনফরমেশনের জন্য গুগলে সার্চ করে।

কিভাবে GOOGLE MY BUSINESS অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করবেন?

• জিএমবি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরির জন্য একটি সবার আগে একট গুগল অ্যাকাউন্ট বা জিমেইল দরকার হবে।
• GOOGLE MY BUSINESS অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরির জন্য google.com/business এই অ্যাড্রেসে যেতে হবে।
• এরপর SIGN IN বাটনে ক্লিক করে জিমেইল দিয়ে সাইন ইন করতে হবে। জিমেইল না থাকলে More Options এরপর Create account থেকে নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট ওপেন করতে হবে।
• এরপর ব্যবসায় নাম লিখে NEXT বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
• কান্ট্রি, স্ট্রীট অ্যাড্রেস, সিটি ও পোস্টাল কোড লিখতে হবে। আপনার বিজনেসের ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস থাকলে “I deliver goods and services to my customers” এর বক্সে টিক চিহ্ন দিন। এরপর NEXT বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
• ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসে টিক চিহ্ন দিলে আপনার ডেলিভারি সিস্টেম বা এরিয়া সিলেক্ট করে দিতে হবে। এরপর NEXT বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসে টিক চিহ্ন না দিলে এই অপশন আসবে না।
• সরাসরি আপনার গুগল ম্যাপ আসবে। লাল মার্কারটি ড্র্যাগ করে সঠিক পজিশনে রাখুন। এরপর NEXT বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
• ব্যবসায় ক্যাটগরি দিন। সঠিক ক্যাটাগরি দিবেন। এরপর NEXT বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
• ফোন নম্বর এবং ওয়েবসাইট দিয়ে NEXT বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
• CONTINUE বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। Done!

উল্লেখ্য যে, ব্যবসায় নাম, ক্যাটাগরি, অ্যাড্রেস, ফোন নম্বর, ওয়েবাসাইট যেভাবে লিখবেন, যে ফরম্যাটে লিখবেন, হুবহু সেভাবেই ইনফরমেশনগুলি সেভ করে রাখবেন। ফরম্যাট বা লেখা পরিবর্তন করলে ভবিষ্যতে আপনার ব্যবসায় সংক্রান্ত এস.ই.ও এর কাজগুলোতে সমস্যায় পড়বেন।

GMB ভেরিফিকেশন প্রসেস

• ভেরিফিকেশন মূলত চার ভাবে হয়। Call, Text, Mail, Email
• এই অপশনগুলির মধ্যে মেইল কমন এবং বেশিরভাগ সময় এই প্রসেসে হয়ে থাকে।
• এই অপশনগুলি আপনার নিজের পছন্দমতো সিলেক্ট করতে পারবেন না। গুগল যে অপশন দিবে, সেই পদ্ধতিতে ভেরিফাই করতে হবে। Call অপশন থাকলে মোবাইলে কল আসবে এবং একটা পিন কোড বলবে। Text হলে মেসেজে একটা পিন কোড আসবে। Email হলে আপনার ইমেইলে একটা পিন কোড আসবে। Mail হলে পোস্ট অফিসের মাধ্যমে চিঠি আসবে, সেখানে পিন কোড থাকবে। গুগল ১৪ দিনের মধ্যে চিঠি পৌছার কথা বললেও বাংলাদশে সাধারণত ২০-২৫ দিন লাগে। ভেরিফিকেশন রিকোয়েস্ট ৩০ দিন পর্যন্ত অন থাকে। এর মধ্যে ভেরিফাই করতে না পারলে আবার নতুনভাবে রিকোয়েস্ট করতে হবে।
